The newest route from Air Europa, to Fortaleza, the capital of the state of Ceará in northeastern Brazil, will be flown twice a week (three times a week from June 2020). Air Europa starts the new Brussels - Madrid - Fortaleza route on December 20 (on Wednesday and Friday). The two flights per week will be increased to three flights from June 2020. The flights departing from Brussels at 11 a.m. with arrival in Fortaleza at 10 past 20. The aircraft that will be affected is airbus 330-200. The aircraft can accommodate 299 passengers, 24 of which can go in business class.
